General memberships
At New Gen Fitness we offer yearly, monthly (bi-weekly payments) memberships at competitive pricing. We also offer drop-in rates for those wanting to try out the gym or in town needing gym access. All of our memberships include access to the New Gen Fitness App.
Personal training sessions
At New Gen Fitness, we offer both one-on-one and two-on-one personal training sessions. Our trainers are fully certified, and they will work with you to reach your healthy lifestyle goals using an evidence-informed approach acquired through post-secondary education.
Group fitness classes
At New Gen Fitness we offer group fitness classes. We have dedicated space for group sessions, which certified trainers lead.

Massage therapy
At New Gen Fitness we have a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) on our staff. Massage therapy is an integrative modality that aids in your overall health, wellness and muscle recovery. Massage therapy provides pain relief, eases muscle tension, increases circulation, promotes relaxation and more.

Exercise Therapy
At New Gen Fitness we offer Certified Exercise Therapy class sessions by CSEP Clinical Exercise Physiologists™ (CSEP-CEP). This program allows you to carry out a personalized program in a supervised session.
