Experience the energy of community at New Gen Fitness with our group fitness classes! Led by certified instructors in a dedicated group training space, each session is designed to motivate, challenge, and support you every step of the way.

    Unleash your strength in the great outdoors with our Outdoor Pack workouts—where community, challenge, and fun come together. Set in our open-air compound, these sessions combine free weights, functional training, and obstacle-style equipment like tires and Spartan-inspired rigs. Expect high-energy workouts designed for all fitness levels, with a focus on building real-world strength, endurance, and camaraderie. Whether you're flipping a tire or tackling a team challenge, you're not just working out—you're training with a pack.

    As you progress through our structured workouts, you'll see firsthand how your strength can improve week by week. While full attendance is encouraged to maximize your results, it's not mandatory—think of it as a blend of effective workouts and valuable education! Accessible to MOST fitness levels.

  • Full-Body Workouts with Kids!

    Join our invigorating full-body workout designed specifically for parents who want to stay active while spending time with their little ones! In this welcoming class, parents can bring their kids along, creating a supportive environment for everyone.

    Children of all ages are welcome, including babies! We understand that little ones can be unpredictable and may have their fussy moments, and that’s perfectly okay. Our goal is to provide a fun and inclusive space for parents to focus on their fitness while enjoying quality time with their kids.

  • Sculpt and Strengthen Your Core

    Get ready to tone and strengthen in our focused Butts and Guts class! This energizing workout targets your lower body and core, helping you build strength and definition where it counts.

    With a mix of effective exercises, you'll engage those key areas for a well-rounded session that leaves you feeling empowered!

  • Slow deliberate movements designed to improve symptoms of pain, stress, flexibility, and to increase athletic performance. This class allows drop-ins, but is most effective when attending through the full 5 week program.

    Please wear loose comfortable clothes, and bring a yoga mat, 2 bedroom pillows , and a blanket or throw. No runners needed.

  • Vinyasa is a dynamic and energizing yoga practice that synchronizes movement with breath. In this class, you'll begin with a steady warm-up, progressing through balanced sequencing and seamless transitions, and a cool down before savasana. Expect to flow through a sequence of postures that build heat and strength while cultivating flexibility and balance in both body and mind
